A simple meditation for you to meet your guides.
I wrote this back in 2008 lots of people have asked me how they can communicate with their guides I have found this mediation a great place to start
Hi,
Below is a simple meditation you might want to try. I find it easier to play some nice relaxing music and even tape the exercise first so until you’re comfortable with the piece it’s sometimes difficult to remember what comes next.

On this journey you will meet and speak with your guides.
I would like you to concentrate on your breathing first. Take a nice deep breath in and hold for 3 seconds. And out
In again and hold for 3 seconds
And out
Once more in again and hold for 3 seconds
And out
Now concentrate fully on the beating of your heart. Feel it beating, listen carefully and hear your heart beat.
I would now like to imagine a oolour in your mind. Concentrate on this colour until you can see it very clearly. Feel this colour now wrapping itself around you, making you feel relaxed, and completely at ease.
Please take your time doing this. Now we will begin our journey. I would like you to picture yourself standing in a very quiet street.
It is a winter’s day, crisp and cold, but the sun still shines down on you. All around you is peace and quiet. The street is lined with trees. You look ahead of you and you see a stone bridge which crosses a river.
As you begin to walk towards this bridge you notice on the other side of the bridge is a magnificent high rise glass building. The sun is reflecting off the building.
Start to make your way towards the bridge which takes you to the glass high rise building. Please take your time.
Look out across the bridge, the sun shining on the water; you can hear the gentle sound of the river. You feel so relaxed and at peace with your surroundings.
Now continue over the bridge and walk towards the magnificent building ahead of you. As you get close to the glass high rise building you can see that there is an elevator which travels on the outside of the building. There are a set of large glass doors to this elevator.
Walk up to them.
Press the button to open the glass doors. Now step inside and wait for the doors to close again.
As you turn around and face the doors, they begin to close. On your right hand side is a gold panel. As you look at it you can se

e it has buttons numbered 1 to 10, but there is a large button which says rooftop garden.
Press this button and begin your slow climb to the roof top garden. Look out of the glass elevator, you can see all around you, open fields, the river you just crossed below you. Take in the views as you climb towards your destination.
Your elevator now comes to a stop as it reaches the roof top garden and the doors slide open.
Now step out of the elevator on to the large patio area. As you look around you can see that the patio is surrounded with a small glass wall.
There are beautiful garden ornaments, and plant pots all around you. The glass wall has many window boxes. The plant pots and window boxes are full of winter flowers, lovely colours and fragrances. The sun is shining so brightly.
As you look around you can see the most wonderful water feature. A stone angel, as tall as you are.
She holds her hands out to you, water gently trickling from her hands. If you wish you may go to the angel, take her hands if you so wish.
As you look around more you notice a lovely large wooden garden swing. This swing is facing out towards the amazing views.
You can see someone sitting on this swing, gently rocking back and forth. Walk towards them, this is your guide.
I will now leave you for a few minutes with your guide. Sit with them on the swing, enjoy your time with them and remember their words to you.
Thank your guides for your time with them, and know you will spend time with them again soon. Now it is time to begin our journey home again.
Walk back towards the beautiful stone angel. Slowly pass her and make your way back to your elevator. Press the gold button to open the doors and step inside once more.
As you turn around facing your rooftop garden take one last look at your special place. Now press the button to take you slowly back to the ground floor.
As you descend slowly, you can see below the bridge and the river again. You now reach the ground level.
The doors slide open again, now step back outside. Slowly make your way towards the bridge.
You cross the bridge again, listening to the gentle sounds of the river below you, and find yourself back in the street where you began your journey.
Walk back to the point where you began.
