As divine, timeless beings we know that our purpose in the third dimension is to create connection, to ascend the third dimension into high planes of being. We have done this countless times, on many other planets as this is the Universal cycle of creation and ascension. So from our spiritual perspective, we know that we are an ascension team and we will get the job done no matter how long it takes. But our human perspective sees this in a different way and we resist connection because we are unaware of its meaning and purpose and that it is our ultimate destiny.
In our humanity we see connection as the end of the world, which is why so many doomsday prophecies foretell the earth changes and the dire punishments awaiting us when ascension occurs. They focus on our mistakes, the ways in which we have acted out of integrity with our divinity and how we will be punished for our transgressions. But this ignores one important aspect, that ascension is an ongoing process, not an option, a continuous cycle that has been in place since the earth was created. Our free will decides whether we will allow connection.
If the reward of disconnection is eternal damnation, which religions call "hell" but which is really a human existence devoid of spiritual participation, then the reward of connection is heaven. Both of those, we are told, are the choices we make when we die. But as we know, our daily life can be either heaven or hell and we live in those energies every day, as they are simply manifestations of our energetic vibration. Are we connected to our divinity or disconnected from it? Do we choose heaven or hell?
The choice of heaven or hell is a choice of vibration, whether we stay in our current vibration or ascend into a higher one. We think the "bad" things that happen to us as punishment but they are only examples where we are disconnected and the results can be hell. As soon as we choose connection we have openings into other potentials whose availability depends on our willingness to experience a higher vibration, and this is where we can be in heaven. While we may not be conscious of the process, we are always making the choice of heaven or hell. It is all part of the cycle of ascension that is always unfolding and waiting for us to allow spirit to be part of our humanity so we can create heaven on earth.
