Beloved Lightworkers,
This week will bring many conflicting energies to you and it is a time to work diligently to maintain balance and equilibrium. Each of you will need to practice grounding into the Earth first thing each morning and perhaps more often throughout your day. Spend as much time in nature as it is possible for you and it is helpful to just relax and allow yourself to just ‘Be’, without thinking or analyzing. For many of you, the mind has been working overtime and you have been having trouble falling asleep. These are challenging and perplexing times and great diligence is needed to stay in your integrity. As the energies increase, so does the pressure on your emotional and mental bodies. Be forgiving of yourselves and others and practice being an observer, watching your actions and reactions and try to learn from them for there is much that can be learned about yourselves at this time.
The World as you know it is quickly changing and this will most definitely continue on in the months ahead. Always strive to look within yourselves when faced with trying situations and rise above them into the Higher octaves for a different and calming perspective. There is always a Higher perspective to any situation and it is very helpful to focus your energies in this way, for higher assistance is available to be tapped into. Even though you may feel alone at this time, remember that you never walk alone, that there are always your personal Guides and Angels working with you. We whisper words of love and comfort and upliftment to you. We tickle your funny bone to make you laugh out loud so that the heaviness of these old programs and patterns that you are transmuting do not take over completely in your consciousness.
As you transmute the lower energies, the Earth is being lifted higher into a more peaceful place, even though what you see around you looks anything but peaceful, be assured that peace is making its appearance in your everyday affairs. Love and hope spring eternal within all hearts and these energies can be overcome through persistent effort. Holding a selenium crystal is very helpful for clearing energies, for these crystals are always clear and positive and deflect any heavier vibrations automatically and never have to be cleared. Placing your jewelry or sacred objects, your divination cards or any other items that you want clear of negative energies or after giving a healing session with a client will quickly clear your energy field.
Watch for wonderful synchronicities in your daily lives and practice feeling grateful for all the wonders around you and for the beautiful Beings who are walking the Human path with you, sharing and giving to you in their journey into Oneness. More and more of your aspects are integrating within your greater energy field and this is a necessary process on your Ascension journey at this time. Remember that you are each Beacons of Light and that you are here to shine that Light, as you also experience the entire gamut of Human experience and rise above it. This is what you have been training for, Beloved hearts and this is now becoming manifest all around you and within you. Be joy, be Love, be happiness and feel gratitude for the opportunity that has been placed before you.
