What a wonderful site Isle of Wight Spirit Guide is! So uplifting that so many are working in service to humanity at this crucial time for our beautiful Mother Earth and all her inhabitants.
My spiritual work here on the island involves teaching Ancient Eastern Meditation. Very simple, powerful and effective. I pass on the teachings I received from my Spiritual Master with whom I had the honour of spending many years with in the 1980's.
As a qualified meditation teacher of 25 years experience I still have the joy of guiding my fellow brothers and sisters step by step into experiencing their Silence within. To transcend beyond the busy thoughts of the mind and truly KNOW this peace and silence is usually a first experience for many. My Meditation Course is not a study course, it is totally experiential. I will teach you one to one if required.

tion to offering the Ancient Eastern Meditation Course, I hold a meditation evening at my home in Carisbrooke on alternate Monday evenings. There is no charge and all are welcome. If you are new to meditation I will give you a beautiful and simple technique to use. Those who attend find the energy created within the group on these evenings recharges and rejuvenates, bringing us back to balance and centredness. Please contact me if you would like to join us.
