I am not an experienced eg. trained and qualified healer/medium, but I have a lot of psychic experiences that I dislike and hope some of this advice will help. You may need strength and courage - think like a lion who protects his family. It is completely wrong for spirit to go near your children. The spirit world come in through our brains - they cannot affect physical matter unless we choose it to. Think on this idea and use it as a focus point of strength. I always believed there were no such things as evil spirits and within my heart, I believe that all psychic communication is trying to teach us an important lesson. The lesson could be any of the following:

1. Talking to the spirits - don't get too involved eg. talk only an hour maximum (don't let them keep you awake at any time, or from everyday activities).

Ask them who they are, what they want, and if their communication is necessary for the higher good, love and light, and health of you and your family. If it is not absolutely necessary, then ignore it - in this case your own lesson is to develop discernment.

Listen to your dreams and inner tuition - there is higher guidance with you which communicates through your dreams and higher psychic experiences. There's always an answer to your questions - look inside yourself and to your family's experiences too. What do your dreams and intuiton say about what's needed in your life overall? Have you been working too hard, not eating/sleeping enough, letting others help you more, etc?

2. Develop strength and firmness -
It may be amazing, like a magical show if you've not experienced this before but this could be very disturbing for your children and family. Would you cope with this kind of behaviour from a human? (Have you been bullied before and not fought back?) Take a stand and say 'No, I will not cope with this for my childrens' sake.'

3. Altered states of reality - is it really real?

I once thought that spirit had killed, through me, a next door neighbour. I saw her fall asleep in the toilet and die. She is alive and well - the psychic influence was so strong, (I was practically schizophrenic having lost so much sleep and constant hallucinations of crazy things) I could see things that weren't there physically.

Go and see a neutral, non related or non psychic person eg. a doctor, and ask them to check the photo you describe. Get them to check your childrens' health fully. What I'm suggesting is that late at night, if you felt your children were choking, it may not have actually been happening. Not quite a nightmare, but in an ungrounded state, our minds are more vulnerable at night, even when awake.

You could ask for treatment from the doctor however I myself am afraid of this route - medically it would come under schizophrenia medication, a psychiatric assessment etc, possibly social services for the childrens' sake. Look at the benefits and drawbacks of this while deciding - it is an option and might be easy, eg. time in hospital if it gets too much for all of you.

Perhaps there are relatives who can take care of the children for a few weeks/months, while you and your mother and sister take a break, in new surroundings? (Countryside is good for grounding, nature, the sun's energy etc).

4. Grounding - very important :-)

Eat plenty of wholegrain foods and root vegetables. Think of nice warm reds and oranges. Try to think of the phrases 'common sense' and 'practicality' to help you see things in a logical light - are you neglecting any every day activities? If this ever happens eg. withdrawal from friends, relatives, society, or from cooking, eating, shopping, going to work then stop all psychic focus entirely. God or the higher light that guides us does NOT wish us to neglect our most physical and practical/financial needs.

One technique is to say 'I switch off all psychic communication (visual, aural, sensory etc) until I wish to experience it again.' Try to be firm, like with a misbehaving child (if you discipline your children firmly).

5. If this doesn't work, then the lesson is to listen to what they're telling you - see a medium at your local spiritualiost church, or one that charges cheap rates (don't pay too much money - there are a lot of conmen/women around).

6. Seeing a medium/getting a spiritual cleansing.

The thing is, the world is going through a psychic awakening
(see: http://www.paullambillion.co.uk/newsletter.htm ). Many psychically and emotionally sensitive people, awakened or unawakened, will experience a heightening of their abilities and experiences right at this time. The key lesson is to learn to deal with it your own way.

Mediums all have differing beliefs and ways of dealing with spirit - they're all self taught to a degree. There is classical training but individual psychic experience shapes itself to that person's needs. You'll find the right mediums for you at each right time, so don't fear their advice but do be aware that over time, things may change.

I do feel you need to get this sorted as soon as.. spirit will only go around children if they need to get in touch with the people around them... meaning there is someone who wants to get in touch with yourself or a family member... and also it could be a spirit who used to live in the home before you... they might feel you are living in there space... and this is why they want you all to move out... who ever the spirit or spirit's are they need to move to the light.. they are grounded there... when they move on then your home will be much better...

I very much doubt the Ibiza incident is connected. If somebody is in your home they normally stay in that environment. Only fear may connect them which we can take control of. I know a number of people have offered to visit your home. Perhaps it might be worth considering.
